Because they are still mad over losing Congress in '94 after having had their way for 40 years. They just couldn't believe it could happen to them. What makes me mad is the conservatives are no better. They got in and then acted like they couldn't believe they won. As far as I am concerned, neither bunch is worth spitting at. There doesn't seem to be a bit of difference between them. Both want to control our lives, the liberals by making us dependent on the government through social programs, and the conservatives through the Homeland security spying and snooping. Neither side thats running wants to go to the middle, Hillary and Obama are way left although they pretend not to be. The conservatives are way right. There is no good answer at this time.

They say what they think people want to hear and then do what they want. They want power and will lie, cheet and committ voter fraud to get it. They Hate President Bush because in 2000 he did not roll over and conceed to Al Gore. Bush called their bluff and won the election.
