How much conditioner do you use?

Thick or thin ammount? Personally i use a palm full too, but a thin ammount. i know people who get through four bottles per week with less hair than yourself! If it's thick then possibly but you've got longer hair than myself so your fine to my guess. Kudos! ~Joey

Yes I would agree with your brother, that sounds like an awful lot to me. I would say about a quarter size dolop should do it. Your rinsing it out anyway so basically you are wasting alot of it that way. My hair is past my shoulders and that's how much I use. I just rub it between both hands and put it in my hair then sometiimes I stick my head under the water for 1 second and just smooth it thru my hair with my fingers. You really don't need an awful lot.

That is way to much conditioner. My hair is about 3ft. long and I don't use that much. I make a small puddle in the middle of my palm. I then rub my hands together and smooth thru my hair. You don't have to goop in on for it to work. A little goes a long way.
