it's a bit difficult for me to say,as i am a man.a woman would be in a better position to answer this question.anyway,i think it would be his appearance,his intelligence etc

smartness and soberness are the qualities. Both are appreciable. smartness is the quality which could be judged in first attempt. how a man could look like. If he is smart you can judge it in first look. soberness can be judged after relationship with him. so the first thing which attracts a woman is the smartness of a man.
