Who is the best coach for the INDIAN cricket team so far? Support your answer.

Till now many great players have done a grear job as INDIAN cricket coach. The list includes Madan lal, Anshuman Gaekwad, Kapil Dev, John Wright, Greg Chappel (as far as my knowledge concerns).
Among the these great players whom you consider the best coach for INDIAN cricket team.
I go for John Wright because he is the one who had changed the entire structure of the INDIAN cricket team.

I will go for John Wright.I think he is the best ever coach till date.Under him our indian team did undergo a drastic change.Even we made it to the World Cup Finals in 2003.I think his best approach was he tied the team together into one n generated the team spirit among the players n motivated them.
