Hey! Any husbands who have lost their wives to scrapbooking? (or the other way around)? My wife disappears into her craft room for hours at a time. I bring her tea and meals and try to find a place to set them amid a whirlwind of paper, velum, ribbon, punches, stamps, stickers and double-sided tape.
Then I retreat and take care of the kids. They miss you mommy!
;D

I love scrapbooking and I hope that my husband supports me in my interests. I'm sure your wife is thankful for the tea and meals, and for the fact that you are willing to look after the children so that she has some time to herself. The very fact that she spends her "me time" scrapbooking shows that she is devoted to your family and wants to record your history in a way that will make it interesting for future generations to read.

LOL!! This is too much I will have to share the new term with my hubby. I love scrapbooking so much that I had to start selling it so I could pay for my own habit. However, it really is family business my husband loves going to the big craft and trade shows and helps run the booth.

haha! You're so funny! But yet you're so smart...yep...I've been lost also and the poor kiddies had to stay with daddy! But really...I think if you count the hours that you're with the kiddies and the number your darling wife is with them...hehe...well we all know the answer! Hope you can get her out for a cup of tea with you soon!

LOL, I love your post!! Unfortunately I am guilty of this offense...being addicted to scrapbooking that is. It's just sooo much fun!! It is such a wonderful way to capture and preserve memories of our families. I hope your wife soon comes out of her scrapbooking room to show you what wonders she has created :) And to say thanks for the tea and the meal as well. She'll come back to you and your children soon I'm sure :)

What do you mean by scrapbooking?? It is not clear, but I think there are atleast a few who lot them myLotting. A day before I saw a discussion, a woman saying her husband doubts that she is having an online boyfriend, as she was always on myLot.

Ahhh, how sweet of you to bring her meals and drinks so that she doesn't even have to stop scrapbooking! I can't give you any advice though since I have made my husband a scrapbook widow numerous times, we own a scrapbook store...
