Please Help me? Virus

A trogen horse in my laptop is creating .exe files in the name of the folder it self. I cant open cmd prompt, task manager or any other .exe program such as an antivirus. If I open it quickly close down without doing anything. My exams are getting near, so that I dont want to lose any files I have saved for my references. I can use other programs without problems(upto now).
And I saw a new text file in C: directory (system directory), called Brac Bro. If I open it it opens in cmd prompt and say some bad words and it has a name Brontok.
So What shall I do now.

It was brontok virus made by Indonesian people using VB basically that virus doing looping and you can't stop it. the simple and fastest way to block it operate by rename msvbvm.dll in your %systemroot%/system32 folder it will caused all aplication made by vb fault to start. once that virus disabled then you have time to eliminate it. after eliminate it rename back your msvbvm.dll back to original name or some programs will not work.
