Longevity of Rottweilers

I have a male Rottweiler that was born in May 1992. He gets around well and still wants to play, although not as often as he used to. He will be 15 y/o this May. I've read that they usually live to be about 12 years old. Anybody have an old Rottweiler? What is the oldest Rottweiler you know of?

My Rott is 7 yo and the oldest one I knew was 14. So I'd say yours is doing pretty good! Hopefully he has many happy years left :)
