Here's a situation that requires some analytical help: NJIT decided to throw a Superbowl raffle. All attendees received a ticket, and at the end of the event several prizes were given away. However, at least one of the winners of the raffle are known NJIT Res Life employees. Do federal or local (NJ) laws prohibit the participation of a contest owner's agents from participating in the contest?
