will the house prices in southern california go down?

we have been trying to buy a house for a while now and ppl are now telling us to wait so are the house prices going to go down??

Maybe it's more because of the interest rates on mortgages... I don't think the value of the house will actually go down, unless your looking in Malibu and the house you were hoping to buy plunders into the ocean this weekend. Good luck on the hunt!

No probably not, but hopefully soon you will start to see some foreclosures available.
