Harry Potter needs a help line?

I recently read in an article in the Gold Coast Bulletin (newspaper) that the organiser & author of the Harry Potter Books etc are setting up a help line prior to the last book coming out. Apparently the last book is so disturbing because 2 of the characters will be killed. It seems to me that someone has been a little irresponsible, considering my step daughter started reading Harry Potter novels at age 7. If the last book requires a help line then perhaps some sort of rating should be applied the same as movies. As a parent I have banned my children from watching Harry Potter & the Goblet of Fire because I felt my littler ones were not equiped to deal with the Dark Lord.
