Saves U Cash website - Real or Scam?

Has anyone used a website www.savesucash.com. If so was your experience positive or negative. I am in Australia and the website is American. I brought some goods and still has not received it. I received a tracking number but according to our postal service the tracking number I was given has never entered the country. I then emailed the site to ask them to do a search. But I have not had a reply. I started to explore there website more and eventually found a disclaimer saying they do not take responsibility for lost items. Had I seen this earlier I probably would not have used this site. I have learnt the hard way but its not the only site that does this. Now that I look at the website I realise it does look dodgy. Oh well I guess I will just use caution alot more. Is there any other dodgy sites?
