This is the first thing one would have heard from a new comer to chennai a year earlier, chennai rocks... now ask any one, they would most probably say chennai STINKS!!!! Literally!!! Yes, it is true, the place has become kind of a dumping place for garbage and breeding place for mosquitos, there have been so many cases of fever and diseases lately, that makes us think, are there any people working on the garbage disposal department or not??? where is this going to lead us to???
