Do you think women are good boss?

Yes I have been a woman Manager and I was very good, some tend to think we are too easy on workers and thats not the truth. I had a great team, told them what I expected and when I wanted it done. I was the type of boss they could come to and feel comfortable doing so. So yeah your answer is yes women are great bosses!
