what is the best way to loose weight?

in my opinion all of those pills and capsules are just a waste of money.

yes diet pills are really a waste of money & hazardous to health also. do it naturally ! make a pre-plan meal for the week or daily as to use more on oatmeal instead of rice & bread . refrain from frying or sauteeing food preparations , just do steaming or grilling instead. always have milk & fruits daily with an intake of a multivitamin supplement to make sure you gonna loose weight but still healthy & fit ! drink lots of water & fresh fruit juice . . . keep a daily simple exercises or take a jog or walk then you'll be sexy & happy for a healthy living :)

The best way to lose weight is to have balance diet, meaning you can eat anything in moderation. You should not deprive yourself especially on eating sweets. Exercise at least 3x a week and be motivated to lose weight. Sometimes we may not lose weight on scale but we lose on inches. isnt that great?

well i think youre right. Why do we need to drink pills to loose weight if we can do it by proper diet and regular exercise? i think those pills are just wasting your money and making you lazy.

Yes. Pills can do nothing and I think eating more fruit and water is a better way. Also you can do more exercise.
In fact,a good health is more important.
