What do you think of moody people?

I've got this co-worker with my current job. She's kinda moody everyday especially in the morning. I don't wanna interfere with her personal problems which probably the causes of her frequent mood swings. I'm trying to be casual with her so our work won't get affected. But there are times she's really a nagging type of person when she's not in the mood. I hate her whenever she's like that! Sometimes, I don't wanna have any conversations with her but that's merely impossible 'coz our work is related and we belong in a team. What do you think the best thing that I can do with this kind of person? As I got to interact with her everyday. I got no choice, she's my team partner. I don't know how long my patience will last with her! I'm really pissed off with her! Please help me :)

we always have some people like that..il advice you to not get worried by this..just interact with her when u need her help or u want some information from her only..and if she is not willing to cooperate with u then dont start a fight with her rather report to ypur manager about this..that should help her change her mood!

Well probably your co worker is not normally like this so I would just give her time to get over her problem and see if she is ok after awhile. It is very hard to deal with people when they are like that and as they say in my country don't take your problems to work and don't take them back home with you but she seems to be doing this wrong. The only thing to do is to have a talk with her and explain how you feel and that you want to still be friends as you have to work together and maybe then things will change but best to talk to her before this situation gets out of hand.
