Real Problem!!

how can you create good team chemistry with an all-star team. its not like baseball where one guy just hits the ball, and so on and so forth. 11 guys have to create offense and defense in order to win. so if you have big egos and everything like Madrid, then you're screwed for sure.

the problem is coach fabio capello and his style of play ,i think he is very defensive in his approach and doesnt like to attack that much ,can u belive real madris having one of the best teams in da world still not been able draw the matches ,leave alone winning them

i think the problem is their coach capello..... they hav all the finest players in the world..but the coach does not aloow them to play .. ronaldo has started only 4 matches this season and beckham to the worse only three... where is this going to end?? better they change the coach or stop investing in star players and coach up the players they have..

They problem resigned last year(president). It might take a couple of seasons to undo the damage he caused. I don't think the guy knew how football is played.You can't buy 5 attackers and 0 defenders.
