My Puppy is so Playful!

My puppy is so playful I can't control her biting... She bites anything, including me, though it's not that strong bites, I'm afraid she doesn't know what is a bite and what is just a play. She can't determine its difference and she doesn't get disciplined with a spank.

Do you give your puppy plenty of chews to play with? Do you have a lot of toys for her? You don't need to spank her to discipline her. A simple no will do. Or use a gentle "shhhhhs". That works quite well. Our pup is almost 2 and that is what we use on her. I never spank our fur babies. I don't believe in it and it is not necessary. Just use voice commands.

waaaahhh!!! just last night he bit me on the wrist, with one of his teeth make me bleed. i washed the wound with a laundry bar and water and made it bleed more so that the rabies won't get in.

our dog is the same way, she bites everything and everyone even us. the only person she doesnt bite is our brother and obeys him. she only obeys him when she cans but if she cant resist the fun people are having shell go and wreck it all. but we are planning for her to go to dogs boot camp.

I wish we have dogs boot camp here in the Philippines, too. I am not aware of this camp as it is not extensively promoted by the media. Now, we decided to tie him so that he won't go too far and bite little kids on the street.
