It all depends on if you got to see the orginial.It may also depends on your age.With Psycho, the 1960 versionis Hitchcock's classic. In black and white, it is so much better than its remake.But with Ocean's Eleven, it depends if you remember or you are into Frank Sinatra or not.Then there are orginials and remakes that are equal. Example D.O.A. the orginial is good. It was made in the 40's, so if you like film noir, you would like the original. But if you like your films set in the 80's, see the remake. It is just as good.

I have only seen the remake of Planet of the Apes and Ocean Eleven.
I only liked Ocean Eleven, the rest of the list you provided I haven't seen the original or the remake ...
