can we withdraw money through credit card in paypal?... or we can only purchase through credit card.. kindly help me on this regard

No, you can only withdraw money to a bank account with Paypal. You have to become a verified member to do this. In other words you add your bank account details to your Paypal account. Paypal also charge a fee if it is under $150.00 withdrawal to your bank account.
By the way it is $150 in my country, not sure what other countries would be. Hope this helps:)
