Got fish? I own an Oscar, Who has one?

I really love this fish. It's the very first fish i bought when i started my aquarium about 12 years ago. I've tried having several other fishes after but my heart still belongs to my beloved oscar. Now it's the only fish i have. About three years old already and lager than my hand. It's sad i dont have a larger aquarium, it could have been grown larger i'm sure!

My older brother had an Oscar named De La Hoya when I was maybe 13. I swear the thing was as big as my head! When my brother was moving once, De La Hoya had to stay in our parents' living room and he scared the crap out of me when I can down the stairs in the middle of the night!

yeah.. oscars are nice fishes ta keep.. i used to be a very ardent hobbyist... tried all kindsa fishes... starting from our lil guppies n mollies... to arowana... i kinda used to like hardy and easy to maintain fishes... well now.. my aquarium.... the only on left.. well only one of some two dozen plus left... is here at home.. empty... couldnt devote enough time since i started workin n stuff... i still feel i need ta get bak ta it... its really worth the time and effort one puts in.. really is...
