You have to do nothing except to be at yourself always. Be humble and don't let girls changed you. Girls like to be with guys who are honest and can ride their mood.

The best way is to be a good friend first and get to know the girl first and let her know you. That way you know what she likes and hates and whether shes ur type or not. if shes your type then theres no hassels. Always remember to be yourself and dont pretend.
