I haven't been to Melbourne but I hear it's really nice there. Perhaps next time I'll catch it. Isn't the Great Barrier Reef fantastic, though?

I have been to Germany many times but never to Berlin. I've been to Munchen, Cologne and Heidelberg. Some of the mountainous regions in the south of Germany are very beautiful such as the Black Forest and Bavaria.

My favourite city in Australia is Sydney. I just loved seeing the opera house and harbour bridge. Another favourite place was Kangaroo Island because I saw all sorts of animals there like penguins, seals and kangaroos. I thought the coast of Western Austalia was wonderful. I loved snorkelling in Coral Bay and saw a manta ray. Also I went on a boat trip and saw dugongs. I really like Albany and the views. I visited my cousin in Esperance. Oh, it was so beautiful there. I loved visiting the islands of the Great Barrier Reef. Dunk Island was my favourite of these with its swing bridge, lovely walks and gorgeous beaches. I adore Australia.

I studied my final year in Australia university. I stayed in a suburb called Bathurst, in New South Wales. It's a really nice place, as people there are really very friendly and helpful. Perhaps it's a small town, everyone is so friendly to each other, even to strangers. I got help from some residents when I was walking on the street and carrying many stuffs. They are just so nice.
Besides Bathurst, I visited Sydney, Surfers' Paradise, Gold Coast, and Adelaide. There are nice places too, especially Surfers' Paradise, it's really relaxing. I wanna go there again and visit Melbourne, coz I haven't been there before.
Where is Great Barrier Reef?

Sounds like a good experience for you. I've not been to Melbourne but I hear it's very good. The Great Barrier Reef stretches for thousands of miles along the Queensland coast. Cairns is a good place to use a base for exploring the reef. You can take boat trips and diving lessons to see the wonders of this world famous coral reef. I would recommend it.
