Which one you prefer to go with, your friends or girlfriend, for "Hang out"?

I have sometime curious thing in my heart for this kind of question. I am really like to go with my friends for hanging out. My girl is also something important in my live and I also want to company here during a time. I am working long way from my hometown. My girl is in the hometown with her family as I am away. In a week, I work for 6 days until saturday noon (pretty unreal right?). I have a schdule like this, 6 days for me to work (as I live also in a company bording while away), and saturday noon to late night of Sunday I should be with my GF to company her (this rule is made by girl). Something wrong in the rule made, I am really like to go with my friends, and due to this rule I can not hang out again with them. I also feel that this rule has forbidded me to do anything I like (Soccer, go clubbing, or cafe). I do understand that my GF need my time. But, I also need the time for my own enjoyness. Please guus, please advise me, which one should I prefer Go Hangout with my friends to eliminate the stress of Office Job or Go with my GF which I really not being able to rid off the stress.* For your info, go hanging out with my friend and with my GF company, is also have been done. And, result: She mad at me as I can not be myself. I have to pretending of something sweet and talk politely. But, when hanging out with my friends, we (me and my friends) usually talk freely with no limitations. Please guys advise my confuseness.
