why pregnent wonans are looks pretty ?

the reason of glow of pregnent womans i dont know and have desire to know the reason behind this?

It depends, through looks, we could somehow detect if she is conceiving a boy or a girl.
Here: if the woman is quite not pretty as she is use to be, and have dark spots on her necks, we believe she is conceiving a boy. If a woman is getting prettier that she use to be, she is carrying a baby girl in her womb.
