isnt mylot slow?

well,being an incurable and incorrigible net surfer,i couldnt help notice that this site is way too slow compared to the other sites.and it doesnt even have that many images or media(i understand that they make the loading time much greater). it takes much longer to open up a link and when i submit i have to hold my breath cuz sometimes my submission just plain vanishes! i heave a sigh of relief every time the next page loads up after i submit my post! as for the slowness of this site,has anyone else noticed it or every one just too busy typing away...
