Sister-In-Laws : How To Deal????

I have 4 sister-in-laws, my hubby is eldest and an only boy in the brood....my sisters-in law grew up believing that their big bro is cruel to them, does it mean me and my kids should get affected on how they treat their brother, I mean...hello?! they were kids then, they're all grown up, married and have kids now, It's really difficult for me to understand them, I know,though, that we can live our lives even without talking to each other for good but what better life it will be if we are all good to each other, especially the next generation, our kids... How about you??..did you have a hard time dealing with you sisters-in-law???
