New National Budget

So I heard on the news today that Bush's new budget that is supposed to start in Oct. has trillions of dollars going to fight that war in Iraq but he has that they do not have the money to spend on Social Security, Medicaid and Medicare. So it seems to me that he is sending trillions over to help another county while making our economy worse and sending America into poverty. Social Security would not be in such a hole if they would not give it to foregin people who come to america and work 5 years and then collect Social Security, while collecting a penison from their own government. Meanwhile we are paying into Social Security for 30 -40 years and by the time we get to retirement we get nothing. Does this sound right to you???
