You have a cold.the time for your nightly jog arrives.now you must decide.should you exercise?exercise may make you feeo better when you have a cold.exercising can help clear up a stuffy head or give you more energy.on the other hand,exercising won't help you recover from a cold faster.too much exercise,in fact,could make you weak or dehydrated.exercise raises your body temperature,which could be dangerous if you have a fever.so how can you know whether exercise will help or harm you?
