You need other people's permission & affirmation before you can take action:"WOW!That's wonderful idea you have.Why dont you go ahead & do something about it?"These are kind of word you want to desperately need to hear before you can take any form of action.

Yes I have to. ANd I think it is good because if I am asking someone He must be elder than me and must have more Experience than me so He would Response according to his experience which would be a good thing
