Is structure of family changes completely after marriage?

oh yes my views are that with the arrival of a bride in the family . the meaning of family for the man changes significantly in favour of his wife and thus just keeps on going far from the rest of family that is mother , father now he probably thinks of forming his own family and leaving the old one for granted.
