Is politics necessary in colleges?

Often politics cross the walls of colleges and involve the students.They indulge in politics resulting in stikes and violence.many could not complete thier cirriculum and spoil their career.so are you in favour of politics inside colleges?

Politics to an extent should be there in colleges, but only for its students and not outside party workers campaning for these students and resort to violence. It should be held in some peaceful ways.
