What Is a Good Exchanger? Please reply

Hi Guys, I was shocked to know that we still need an exchanger to claim our earnings from mylot. I know I sound naive now, but i really didn't know. Please let me know who is a good exchanger. I would highly appreciate it if you could post the name and website of the exchanger you deal with. I think that the country that one lives in is very relevant in this context, righ? I live in Egypt, does anyone of you know which exchanger would deal in Egypt? Thanks a lot for helping me out.
