When you have 1 white hair strands,why do other strands will become white?

Does it follow that once you will have 1 white hair strand and you will pull it out,your other hair strands will become white? Is it hereditary or acquired from medications the parlors used on hair relax and other hair treatments?

I don't think it has to do with that saying. Everyone of us will have a gray hair eventually. It's just that some people has it younger than others.

White hair is caused when a hair grows without pigments. As you get older this becomes more common.

I think it is totally hereditary/genetics.
