Bad Happenings on Ebay

Not a lot you can do unless you paid via paypal. You can always contest the sale if it's not what you expected. As a seller, I run into the occasional scary crazy collector. The scary crazy collector wants cheap prices and mint product. And he wants it delivered within 24 hours. he'll email you with several questions and no response is quick enough. Dealing with these nuts is all part of selling on ebay.

If you bought it via Paypal, and you explain the situation, Paypal should refund the money. More than likely, they will spent a few weeks trying to "contact' the member, and then after no response, refund your money. They need to do this because of legal reason, i.e. "I didn't have no time" or "They never tol' me nuthin'"!

for my luky, all item i've buyed on ebay, was good, but i often i pay with paypal, so if someone will joke me, i can reclame and give back my money, paypal can give you back until 500$, and i suggest to contact ebay too ;) best luck
