well....the one and only way to get better at something is to practice. so go and practice writing every time you are free....and keep trying to consciously improve yourself. i'm sure you'd be a great writer in no time

You should try taking a business writing course which will help you focus on your writing more. Also, use spell check as this usually contains a grammar check as well. Have someone in your office proof read your work, or after you are done, proof read your own work.

just stay focus and concentrate, much better to have an earplugs to avoid some noise that interrupt on what you are doing , before you start stay on the subject and widen your mind, free on everything, no tense , peace on mind and think that you can have it...... and youl see,,,,, you can do it without any hassle.....,,,,,archie

I think many of us make unconscious mistakes. We think faster than we type so errors are made. I sometimes proof and after see that I still miss some things. Our brain sometimes 'fills in' the correct words we meant to say even if we mistype. Therefore sometimes while proofreading we still don't catch the error.
I say proof more than once. If possible proof, set it aside and proof again later. Another trick is to read a sentence backwards.
Good luck to you..we all struggle with mistakes..lol especially here on myLot when we can't edit after posting...
