what keeps you motivated?

I'm the type of person that, had I things my way, I'd rather be home,watch a movie, sleep all day, that type--a bum. But when I find something that I really enjoy doing, you'd never have to tell me twice to start getting ready and be out the door. So these days, it's the job that I've learned to love. Also, when some people tend to think that I can only do as much, they motivate me to prove that I'm capable of doing what they're saying that I can't.

my hubby and our 5-month old son keep me motivated everyday :) they're my source of strength and life :)

My daughter, grandchildren and my great grandchild keep me motivated. They are my reason for keeping on going.

The thought of being capable and responsible for the amount of money i could be making. and tests and quizzes at school keep me studying!!

The feeling of achievement and the success. No one can motivate another unless he himself is willing to get motivateed. there is the need for a strong desire , whether it is money, fame,power or anyother thing. have you heard of Maslow's motivational theory?

Recognition of My Work. Thats the great Motivation for me.

myLot keeps me motivated daily online. There are much work to keep me busy and busier, so actually, I get motivated from the work, if I have no work or nothing to do, I will feel bored and depression because I used to do daily.
