Session 9 is about a group of men that are hired to clean out an old, closed down insane-asylum, so that it can be made into a new town hall.
As each of them spends more time in the asylum though, their lives begin getting more complicated and strange with each passing day.
One of them stumbles upon recordings of a previous patient being evaluated by one of the doctors. The recordings are labeled Sessions 1...through 9.
Phenomenal movie, at the very least worth a rental on a rainy night.

One of my favourite movies ever made. I love that they filmed it on-location. The site it was on, Danvers State Hospital, was demolished not too long ago. I think the atmosphere there helped make the film so phenomenal. Really made it feel real.

Session 9 really is a gem among all the psychological thrillers that were out in the past few years. It has a unique atmosphere and an interesting concept that was pulled off pretty smoothly. I'm glad I've seen it, one of my Top 10 favourites.
