hey all do you use an optical mouse or a ball mouse? which one is better? i use and prefer optical..

Even I use optical mouse but I like ball mouse as for me they are more precise. Guess I was used to using ball mouse might be.

On normal circumstances I use the ol reliable mouse but when it comes to my profession I use the ball mouse a lot more specially when I'm doing CAD.

yup opticals are a lot more precise...its good to have an optical with a high dpi rating..

I have an optical mouse (from Microsoft) and I also think optical mouses are better than the ones with the ball.

I use an optical but if I still had a glass desktop I'd have to use a ball mouse.

I use Optical mouse as it's far better than ball mouse and it does even last longer. Optical mouse are the recommend mouse to be used in computers and now nobody makes ball mouse any more ...

i thing optical mouse is better because ball dust stick inside ball mouse and it becomes difficult to control
