Sounds like you've tried to get some help lately. It's the pits. The ones who don't try to get ahead are the ones that get all the help. If you try to better yourself and run into problems, then try to get help, they don't want to give it. It is wrong, we have freedoms, and we have privileges. The idea is not to abuse them. Drink and driving are abusing them. Smoking around others who prefer you not to are abusing the other persons right to breathe clean fresh air. Gambling should be up to the individual. I gamble by trying to make money on the internet. Occasionally I have to invest in order to earn. You've got four real good tax breaks on the way. The only problem with the child tax break is they take it away the last year they are in high school or 17. That's usually the year that cost the most. Graduation, pictures, prom and ect. Enjoy your tax break while it last. It's not a perfect world and it can never be. Not this world anyway.

Its called a beaurocracicy (excuse the spelling). There are lots of idiots in charge, put there because the people who hired them don't want to admit they hired an idiot. Then the idiots hire more. Until the intelegent people join together to break the chain the system will continue to get worse.
