Independence..

we celebertae it on August 15. Independance is something every human being on this planet cherish. Our countries won the independance with much toil. But if the independance has to be felt by the common man, our rulers have to be sincere and committed to the country. Unless and until the politicians change themselves , the independance of our countries would remain on paper and celeberations.

We're from the same coutry so we celebrate independence day at the same time. Although when I think of it, should we really celebrate our independence on that day. Well thats the day Emilio Aguinaldo declared our Independence in 1898 but we're not Independent yet. There had been 2 more countries that colonized us after that declaration. So im not fully convinced about celebrating our Indepence day on that particular day.

I live in the UK. I don;t think we actaully have an independence day, since we're one of the countries that most others celebrate independence FROM....
