Its the thrill of the secrecy I guess.Personally I couldn't do that to another person and I would hate it if it was done to me. If you are in a relationship with someone you should have more respect for them than that.

I agree with you there. Its a respect thing! If you respect someone you dont treat them badly and if you have fallen out of love with them you should have enough respect for them to tell them. Easier said than done though!

I could not agree with you more. Why don't people just leave. I feel that the reason you wouldn't leave is because you are a very selfish person. That was not directed to you in any way, just that I feel it takes a very selfish person tho have an affair.

Just playing devils advocate, but it has been known that an affair can in fact help a marriage by making a couple realise that the grass is not always greener on the otherside and how much you really do feel for eath other. Some couples ( and i did say some ) come out stronger after an affair

Perhaps for the thrill of the danger of being caught, might make it more exciting?? (by the way im not agreeing with people having affairs, just a possible reason why)
