tv cable scrambler

Hello is there some one there can tell me how do i go about scrambling a TV program that i have been watching for the past to years and now its been scrambled. i have a satellite 1mt dish and a digital reserve i am using hotbird 13% east, BR Doctor

I really couldn't tell you but can't you get ahold of the company and ask them what to do about it.

Call your sattellite provider see if the channel is till avaibale on their service, anything else you do could be considered illegal.
