peniss and breasts?????

Why is Peniss dark than other body parts of a man? At the same time woman breasts are more fair then her body parts.... Whereas Both remains covered all the time........Please through some light on the biology,science or other reason behind it.....

U also use your face more than those things then why not face is the darkest part..thanks for ur reply
