I seem to be having trouble eating and sleeping and dealing with stress ever since I quit smoking pot. Has anyone else done this and had these problems? What can I do to help myself eat and sleep? I will not go back to smoking pot no matter what. The casino is way better fun for me anyway.
Please Help
Thanks JBuddy

Your suffering from the withdrawls. Try to make yourself eat and look for other things to relax with to help you fall asleep. Try to figure out how much you should be eating and make sure you do. Eventually the symproms will fade.
P.S. be especially careful not to pick up another bad habbit at this time to replace the first.

You are undertaking an activity which requires the guidance of a professional as you go along to fully achieve your goal. Find a doctor who knows about the coping procedures. It is good for you to have decided on this but, can't you really find nothing better to do other than hanging out in the casino? You may have all the money and the time for it, but for me, that is not a very fruitful activity. I really hope you'll find some more rewarding ways to spend your time and effort on. Please do not be angry at what I said. It is just a matter of opinion.
