Why do people make discussions?

Why do people make discussions? Why don't you just answer to them unsade of makeing them? i make them so people will answer but know one will answer becuse there is to many discussions up. dose it haping to you?

Sometimes it is hard to get anyone to post in your discussion but if we all stopped starting discussion there wouldnt be any new discussions to respond to.

I don't mean that i mean like ones in like 1 day you post one then the next day you post 1 like that. And thx for answering.
