What do I do with soft goat cheese/chevre?

Up until recently, I didn't eat dairy (I've always had trouble digesting it). Due to some health issues, I'm trying to cut back on soy and processed foods, so I experimented with replacing my soy yogurt with goat's milk yogurt and found that my body can tolerate goat's milk much better than cow's milk. (And even better than soy!) I don't want to overdo it with the dairy, but I am interesting in trying some goat cheeses. They have a really appealling selection of different chevres at my Trader Joe's, but I don't really know what to do with that kind of cheese. When people talk about using goat cheese on pizza, is that the kind they are talking about? Any favorite recipes using goat cheese? (Besides the goat cheese/prosciutto combo I keep seeing--the only meat I eat is fish.)
