Is your alarm clock set to the correct time or do you try to trick yourself????

I usually set my watch 15 minutes in advance so if ever I got meetings or have an appointment I will not be late. The bad thing though is that I know it is 15 minutes advance so it slows me down knowing I still got enough time...which is quite crazy...lol.

Mine is always set 15 minutes fast lol that is so I can turn over and have another 5 minutes. I am actually not to bad getting up in the Mornings. In the Summer I love getting up in the Mornings I have to admit I find it harder in the Winter though

lol, the time on my alarm clock is ten minutes fast :) This way I can hit the snooze button once every morning. I agree it is kind of silly, but I follow this routine religiously every weekday. It really sucks on the mornings when I think I haven't hit the snooze button yet, lol.

i set the alarm clock advance from the time that i really need to do wake up or to do something. in that way, i can still have time to lie in bed and not rush.

I set it the correct time, although I very often press 'snooze' and go to sleep again for a little while. I usually end up having no more time for breakfast though, which is rather bad.

My alarm clock is set 15 minutes fast-- This is supposed to get me up early-- Do you think it works?? Nope because when it goes off-- I say Oh its really only 5:30 I can sleep for 15 more minutes- LOL and then I hit the snooze like 4 times and its 6ish. You just can't outsmart your mind- LOL I think I'll set mine back to the normal time-

I don't use an alarm clock. I set one every night but I wake up at the same time every day. I'm my own alarm clock.

I set my alarm thirty minutes earlier because I sleep very soundly. I use my mobile phone as an alarm clock. Set it at 6:30am when I'm supposed to wake up at 7am during weekdays. I set my alarm exactly during weekends because I don't need to wake up immediately, I just want to get up early so that I wouldn't waste my weekend and could do some household chores.

I set mine a few minutes fast too, so when I get out of the shower in the morning I get all freaked out that I'm running late and don't spend a lot of time deciding what to wear (which can be a problem for me!). Then I get downstairs and see it's not really that late, and so I have time for breakfast. :)

I have mine set about 7 minutes fast, but then I also have a clock set 10 minutes fast and one set to the actual time nearby, so I can just look at those. Seems kind of silly, but I like knowing I have a little more time or something.

i think myself.. hahaha... like you i hate waking up in the morning so, i set it in advance, 15 to 20 minutes so that when it rings, i'll be able to silence it and sleep again for 15 minutes or so.. i love it! :)) although sometimes, i oversleep.. tsktsk! :))
