Is Poker the big craze in your area?

It seems you can't even go to your friends houses without playing Texas Hold'em anymore. I thought it was fun at first but I am ready for a new game. My husband plays alittle on line, but not to the point that I have to throw a bucket of ice water on him.

First of all - at least he's not out with other women! Secondly, make sure he's not betting more than can afford. Thirdly - you need to find yourself something to do when he's playing poker! How about getting involved in the game? I have a couple of girlfriends who have small children, so when the guys get together to play - she cant leave her small child and go out so she gave her man an ultimatum - either she gets to play or there is no poker. She didnt have a clue how to play - so this is what her hubby let her do. He let her be the BANKER or dealer - every round the banker/dealer gets a tip (the dealer pot) and by the end of the night - she ended up with more money than everyone else playing had hahaha......worked for her and it can work for you! She gets more excited for poker night than the guys do now! Next time someone is having a poker game - ask if you can be the banker or dealer - some games have one each some games have 1 person doing both - but it never hurts to ask! Also, what are the g/f's or wives of his poker buddies doing? You guys should get together and start a group of your own! GOOD LUCK!
