lechon in talisay cebu is the best!! they have this festival for lechon every october, its called inasal festival ( inasal is the dialect for lechon in cebu ). my fave parts: ribs & belly area and of course, the skin or popularly known as the panit or kubal..oh boy, am i hungry..need to take a break and grab some lechon with puso ( hanging rice )..lol

I'm filipino and I don't like lechon because I don't like seeing the face of and body of the pig while I eat from it! Ewwww. But a lot of my family likes it, especially my aunt.
