Have you ever bought something from Ebay and never got your item....
I bought a Game Boy Micro battery and a Playstation 3 and a Gp2x I never got any of my items that I bought.

How many time is passed after you paid him? If it's more than 2 weeks you should contact ebay...

Its been about a Month now... The seller will not respond to my contacts....

I don't think they will be giving any response to you.
They are probably laughing their nuts off at how easy they cheated you of your money.
I know, cos i was a victim too. After trying all the various authorities for help to retrieve my money, all of them tell me to swallow it and take it as a lesson... sigh~~~! even after all these years, the heart is still aching of the loss!

oh! that's bad. I've been selling oriflame cosmetics on e-bay but have never bought anything yet. i thought the website is great. so did you lodge any kind of complain? what action did e-bay take?

Yes I did file a complaint and I contacted the sellers and I paid Via-Paypal and I never got my money back.....

You should file a complaint with ebay and if you paid via paypal , file a complaint with paypal as well.
You should get your money back .
But you should also try to email the sellers again through the ebay system so your emails are registered.

Yes it has happened to me...just a stupid dress though so it was not worth my time to go thru paypal. Always make sure you pay thru paypal...avoid sellers that only except money orders or cash. Maybe you should look into the sellers feeback....see if they have been selling the same item over again. They most likely are scammers. Tell ebay about it...show them that these people sell the same item over again and never follow thru.

it happened to me a few years back. Was buying a batch of handphones... Nokia 6600 to be exact.
Price was reasonable, so i tot i'd get a few for my family as well. My currency is small, so can you imagine what it is like to lose than a thousand US dollars?
The joker absconded with my money and I could do nothing to retrieve it back. Still fleeting mad at the whole situation!
If only there were better securities or protection for buyers when it comes to trading in e-bay.

HEY! We can indeed relate to each other! Was is still recent? Mine was May 2, and May 21! I hate the thought! It made me breakdown! Until now, the pain is still very, very fresh! :(
